I have been in awe of pregnancy and birth for as long I can remember. Being in this community has taught me how vital a doulas role is in ensuring safe and secure family beginnings. POSTPARTUM DOULA
A postpartum doula can assist the family adjust to the change of adding your sweet baby to your new normal. From performing light household chores to assisting with breastfeeding, a postpartum doula may be just what you need.
BIRTH PREP WORKSHOP

The birth circle
The Birth Circle provides a judgement free place to tell your birth story. It is hosted the last Wednesday of each month from 6:00pm-7:30pm in Springfield, Illinois.
pMADS EDUCATION
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders are becoming more common. Every 8 weeks, Grayce Eubanks speaks on the subject of PMADS at the HSHS First Steps Mother and Baby Support Group in Springfield, Illinois.
